At our Auction 12 – 5 zlotys “Banner”

We started the weekend with coins of the Second Republic of Poland, so it’s worth starting the week similarly. Below is a beautiful piece of “Sztandar”, a coin that is extremely popular, sought after and bought for collections by enthusiasts of the interwar period. The coin was designed by Wojciech Jastrzębowski and was introduced into general circulation to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the November Uprising.

The presented piece will be offered during the April auction. Please pay attention to the perfectly preserved details of the relief. The whole is underlined by a beautiful patina from an old collection.
