Orts of John II Casimir Vasa – extremely popular and gaining a constantly growing group of lovers among numismatists. Below is the Wschowa issue of the first vintage of the orts of the last of the Vasas. This denomination was minted in this mint until 1655. Particularly noteworthy is a different, uncrowned portrait of the ruler.
The presented specimen is illustrated in the reference catalog of I. Shatalin. Despite the delicate disc defect, the coin deserves special attention of seasoned collectors. A large amount of mint luster, excellent detail and relief.
