Everyone who closely observes Onebid has certainly seen our current cover – the coin of the Kingdom of Poland.
It is 2 zlotys from 1816 in a beautiful, about uncirculated condition.
The first year of the Kingdom of 2 zlotys, appearing on the market mostly in a highly circulating state of preservation (which is not surprising considering that it was in circulation the longest).
On the reverse we can see the initials of Jakub Benicke – the manager of the Warsaw Mint.
In addition, it contains information about the new coinage ordinance.
A beautiful specimen worth recommending for the collection.
